As much as you like our works, we are pretty sure you have some questions on your mind before pressing that "buy" button. So here are some of the more common questions asked. Of course if you still have any questions, feel free to contact us about it.

What is the currency used on the site?
The default currency used here on all prices and purchase requirements is SGD (Singapore Dollars). Do note that all our prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice and we retain the right to change the price of any items at any time without prior notice.

How do I pay for my purchases?
All purchases is conducted securely via Paypal Online Payment System in which you can opt to pay by Credit/Debit Cards or through your own Paypal account. More information.

What is your shipping policy?
We shipped to most places except for countries that Paypal does not accept payments from. All orders are processed, packed for shipping and delivered to the post at the end of each working week.

All orders are send by air and takes approximately 12-15 Business days to arrive. Delivery time may vary depending on the local customs and postal security checks.

Do you only do the products listed here?
Currently, these are the products that has already gone into production at the studio although we would be expanding on the list from time to time. However, we do handle special requests or even customisation on existing products, so feel free to get in touch with us to find out more.
